Could you help with the admin of liaising with users about bookings of join our Trustee group?

We have no paid staff. Help with liaising with users about organising trips would be really useful. Currently some of our trustees are taking it in turns to do a month at a time looking at incoming requests and liaising with users. We are enjoying a great deal of praise and thanks as groups are able again to venture out and about.

We haven't got a funding page yet but transfer direct into our bank would be great.

We have been given unsecured loans so that we could get started as soon as possible but we want to pay these off.

What sort of funds are we needing:

£ 7,800 was the cost of the bus.

£ 1,700 has been incurred in servicing and road tax etc

£ 1,900 has gone on insurance.

Then there will be:

3 yearly driver MiDAS training is £150 a person.

A required safety check every 10 weeks is £153.
